Service Description

This is the routine follow-up appointment for continued treatment after you have had your initial visit.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact our office at 919-627-8256 or mvmtphysicaltherapy@gmail.com 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend an already scheduled appointment. If you cancel after the 24-hour mark, there will be a $25 Late Cancellation fee. Failure to attend an appointment will result in a $25 No-Show fee.
