Cancellation Policy

Failure to provide a 24-hour notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a $25 late cancellation or no-show fee. Please contact our office at (919) 627-8256, or mvmtphysicaltherapy@gmail.com, 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend an already scheduled appointment. This fee is not billable to insurance.
