Service Description

This is for your first visit, or if you have been away from clinic for 3+ months.

Cancellation Policy

Please call or text our office 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend an already scheduled appointment. If you cancel after the 24-hour mark, there will be a $25 Late Cancellation fee. Failure to attend an appointment will result in a $25 No Show fee.
